CQC launches public engagement strategy


The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has published a new Public Engagement Strategy for the period up to 2021.

In publishing the strategy, the CQC says it wants to achieve a more targeted, responsive, and collaborative approach to public engagement which harnesses the power of people’s voices throughout its regulatory work and empowers people to expect and choose good care.
